Delivery Details

All parcels are delivered to your door, using The Courier Guy.

Delivery processing time: All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 The address provided by you, as the customer, is automatically given to the courier company. Munchly is not responsible for the incorrect capturing of address details.

 

All parcels to the main cities and urban areas of South Africa cost R80. All parcels to remote and urban areas of South Africa cost R100.

Once a waybill has been created, the waybill number will be emailed to you so that you can track progress personally.
